Dr. Codi originally wanted to become a chiropractor because of her positive chiropractic experience. She was blown away by how her body responded. Not only did she experience pain relief, but she also experienced many other benefits within her body.
When she entered school and learned more about chiropractic, she loved everything about it. Helping people has always been at the very core of all that Dr. Codi does, and the field of practice allows her to change people’s lives for the better each day.

A recent graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic, she enjoys getting to know her practice members—and not just about the pain or discomfort they’re feeling at the moment. It’s about so much more than that for Dr. Codi. She loves learning about your families, careers, hobbies, and everything that makes you who you are.
As a Webster Technique certified chiropractor, moms-to-be and pediatric practice members are near and dear to her heart. She also finds NetworkSpinal® and its chiropractic approach to be a perfect fit for prenatal, perinatal, postnatal, and pediatric chiropractic care.

An Active Life Outside the Practice
When Dr. Codi isn’t in the office at Innately Yours Chiropractic Studio, you can find her snowboarding and bike riding. She also loves kayaking, paddle boarding, and just about anything else that takes her on adventures.
As a native West Virginian, she found Colorado a fantastic place to set up her practice because of how strong the community is here. It’s her new home, and she can’t wait to help her new neighbors unlock their body’s true potential through NetworkSpinal®.
